I Killed My Shins yesterday

So after I coached the homeschool rec class, I had free time at work. Me+free time+no one else there=me pushing my own limits to get back skills. So I started off on beam and bars, got bored and didn't really feel like doing a leap pass on beam, so I went to floor. A long cold night

So the weather is calling for below freezing temps again tonight. Like 20 below which is scary, and not fun. Plus 50 mph winds...ahh the midwest....

I'm not looking forward to it since my sinuses hurt and my shin. Although with the snow that's supposed to be coming, hopefully I can get some snowboard time in tomorrow.
