So after I coached the homeschool rec class, I had free time at work. Me+free time+no one else there=me pushing my own limits to get back skills. So I started off on beam and bars, got bored and didn't really feel like doing a leap pass on beam, so I went to floor. I started on working on piecing together a routine for my middle school girls (ironically enough to RJA) then was drawing a blank so I moved on to work on punch front tucks. At first I started with the spring board and an 8-incher which was going good, so then I took away the spring board. At first I wasn't getting the hieghth to tuck but then I did. So as I did my majillionth one into the 8-incher, I punched wrong on the floor and killed my shins. Mind you I already have a stress fracture in my right shin so it didn't help. So now my shins are killing me....I probably shouldn't of snowboardered but it made the left one feel good. So guess who's using Icy Hot tonight?
