Am I the only one who cant get a profile picture to work on here??? I know ihow but it just won't let me?...

umm..I don't have any idea why you can't upload a profile picture, sorry.
and my personal message in the top of my profile is stuck, can't change it.

i thnk my computer is wack too.. lol but no like it just keeps loading then it says page cant be displayed refresh and what not so i do and it keeps saying the same thing over and over again! its crazy
