the band name has no meaning. ronnie and the guys were sick of comming up with clever band names for bands that went nowhere so they put a bunch of words on a wall and blindfolded one of them and whichever words he picked that became the band name. The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus is just a bunch of words thrown together. they never thought they would get signed. when they did they decided not to change it cuz it had stuck with all the fans.
