I need to do something about my hair. Which means, find someone new to copy.

I remember over the summer I had this Lily Allen-meets-Rihanna blunt bob. I got the inspiration from the cover of Gwen Stefani's latest album though, because I pretty much idolize her. My hair was too short for Gwen though. Then I took the dive and bleached it blonde to complete the Gwen look. Didn't work.

I took so much pride in not following the crowd...while everyone else is copying Lauren Conrad, I'm copying Gwen. But in true Gwen fashion, I'd like to deviate myself from the point where I'm imitating someone and develop a style of my own. It ain't easy. No matter what, you're copying someone, somewhere...

Here's the basic idea of what I want now. William Beckett's cut, with Hayley Williams' color. I don't mean that OMGMYHEADISONFIRE Hayley color, but I mean "Pressure" video color, an almost pink-red. I think it'd look nifty. I tried red before and it looked better than this dreaded wannabe platinum blonde...

Just because it looks good on someone doesn't mean it will look good on you.
