is our country's education status is same??

because here 4 yrs of age starts to study preschool.. nursery/kinder1 then 5 yrs old kinder2, 6yrs old is preparatory.. then graduating to elementary .. grade one till grade six that's the whole elementary period..
then at the age of 12 is graduating to highschool.. it will spent 4 years in highschool... 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year then 4thyear..
at the age of 16 is graduating to college.. you'll choose what you wanna be.. and that's it

is it like that there???
if not will you explain it too??
