well... today at school was my concert/symphonic band auditions... and i think i failed... i cannot get higher than a high G to come out on my trumpet and for some crazy reason (i think mr. mac hates me) they put the lowest note a high A which is higher than a high G i said... mr mac can i play this an octave lower and he said if you want a 50% grade penalty and then i had to play scales right? well they never taught us a 2 octave chromatic and that was on the test too... i was soo mad... they give us something on a test that we didnt even learn... then we had to play 2 2octave scales... i could only play 1 (thats another 50% grade penalty) i played that 1 2 octave scale poorly but at least i played it... anyways lmao anybody else got some interesting band stories? oh and if anyone knows how to play the trumpet YOUR ROCK DUDE! TRUMPETS ARE THE BEST

yayness we got the results today... i didnt fail [which is better than i thought] and i even did better than an upperclassmen which rocks.. but he sucks anyways so it was no trouble
