tired and uninspired!

hey guys, rite now the band im in are writting songs but we cant seem to get inspired to write good riffs or lyrics.

if you no of any decent bands let me know, we are a screamo / metal band, so any band in those genres would be good, btw it has to have normal vocals in it not just screaming.

all your help would be grately appreciated.
