About Me:
Let's see. I'm an 18 year old girl from the middle of nowhere in Ohio. I graduated from Tri-Valley High School in May 2007 and promptly left Ohio to attend Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. I am currently a double major in the Journalism-Mass Communications and Political Science departments. Ultimately, when I am out of school in four years, I would like to become a contributing editor for a major music magazine, such as Rolling Stone or AltPress. Many people ask me why I am double majoring... the answer is simple. I am interested in Political Science and think that it will be beneficial in my future career. Music is my life! I play the flute, piccolo, and alto-saxophone. If I could learn to play another instrument, I would like to play the bass guitar. I love singing as well, although I'm not good at it. I have been in the colorguard for 6 wonderful years (5 in high school and 1 at ACU) and am by no means finished with this. I absolutely love to perform in front of a crowd. I love watching sports, particularly football, baseball, basketball, UFC, and action sports (FMX, motorcross, skateboarding, and BMX). I probably should have grown up in the 80s because I love the music and movies. My favorite color is black. I am moderately, okay totally, obsessed with Fall Out Boy. I'm a hopeless romantic, yet a pessimist and complete cynic. I love to meet new people. I'm not funny, but I try very hard to be. If I could meet one person living or dead, I would probably choose Kurdt Cobain. I have OCD, which causes me to freak out in some situations and people don't normally understand why I'm freaking out. I talk way too much and am very random. Sometimes I speak before I think. The most important things in my life are my family, my friends, and my God. I love to sleep. I have a list of goals and ambitions as well as a list of things that I look for in my Prince Charming (lame, I know).
