RJA Fan Guild

A website that I frequent and has a lot of "alternative lifestyle" users doesn't have an active RJA guild.  I wanted to either ask for control from the current owner or create a new one if, in fact, that user is no longer using the website at all (far more common with this site due to the ability to keep multiple accounts for better benefits).  BUT, I wanted to ask those in charge first.

  1. What's the most important thing you want the guild to emphasize?
  2. Are there any legal, copyright, etc. details that I need to be aware of as I pursue this endeavor?
  3. What date do you consider the "birthdate" of the band (if there is one that you think of)?
  4. Are there any specific things you want to happen with, within, displayed, etc. with the guild?
