ok im dont know every song but ill give it a shot
In fates hands is basically a thank you note from ronnie to the fans for all of us buying albums and goin to concerts which lead to there success

waiting is about his feelings before they got big the line "waiting for this life to change, seems like its takin me forever" shows that

false pretense is about a best friend of his which he took into his home and tried to help out the most he could and his friend stabbed him in the back in some way

face down is obviously about domestic abuse and someone dealing with it and someone on the outside seeing it happen to a particular girl

misery loves its company is actually one of my favortites and the lyrics r amazing but at the moment i cant think of the exact meaning ill listen to it again and get back to u on that one

cat and mouse is a story of a couple going thru alot of problems and wondering if after all of it theyll be the same as they were before what ever happened to them

damn regret the verses describe a perfect relationship but the chorus tells u something went wrong and hes literally daming regret and saying he'll be ok

atrophy is a song where ronnie is basically sayin i told you so to someone who sold out and is now working "9-5" and if it helps the word atrophy means death of a cell

seventeen aint so sweet is a story of a girl who is a friend to the band who doesnt look like every hollywood a actress and model but has a beautiful singing voice and talentand is a song telling her not to worry and persue her dream

justify is a song pleading for an end to violence in the world

your guardian angel everyone knows is a love song to ronnies wife

the grim goodbye also a favorite of mine which the lyrics are incredible i have heard is about suicide but im not positive

home improvment is a song about a woman not trusting a man and hes pleading with her to believe hes changed

eyes watering i beilieve is about two ppl breaking up

getting bye is a song about making it as a band and the struggles but telling anyother bands to hold on and not give up

kins and carolls is about a relationship being tested and ronnie saying hell try is best and even if he fails he tried his best

angels cry is another song about suicide and depression the line "the angels cry when scars dont lie" is speaking about a depressed person cutting themselves

disconnected is about a man being so inlove with a person he doesnt want her to let go of him the line " dotn hang up on me cuz im hung up on you" shows that

pen and paper is a story of a superficial girl and ronnie telling her shell find out soon the world will find out and realize it and it wont be so kind to a person like that

and you better pray is about rja's fight with there record label over music and recording and the label trying to take over and tell them what songs to write

hmmm i am pretty sure in "Angels Cry" the chorus is:
